Here's another buff. This one was actually shot for meat. The rifle is a Vanguard in 338wm. I would not normally use the 338 for buff but as I was purely hunting one for meat and a lot of the buff were on the flood plains, a nice long distance shot using 225 gr Failsafe projectiles... The buff had a smaller body but the horns weren't too bad in the end

I no longer have the 338wm (i had to sell it to finance another rifle)although I miss the calibre as it's a great calibre for those long distance shots for big boars.
