I don't see ANY connection between the two bolts, seems they just each have their own bolt handle. Does appear to have an opening below the bore line that would indicate at least a follower and more than one round. Bottom shows only a small oval hole that goes all the way thru stock,no floorplate as such seen. Workmanship looks good. Wonder what caliber. Appears to be rear locking if those are the lugs you see on the bolts.
