Either - I have a Rising Third Bite Rigby (Sidelock)
and a Boxlock Rigby that was made by Webley - as alot of them were.

IN YOUR OPINION, did Rigby actually make the Rigby Bissell Rising Third Bite Sidelocks ?
I have forgotten and can't access my books at them moment
but would be iterested in your views anyway.

NTW, I have yet to see a Rigby DR with English proof makrs over the top of say German proof marks. Bound to be out there.
