dasMafia, I agree that using a paper plate at whatever distance that you can hit is the best way to practice. I used to use 12" plates from 10 yds to 150 yds. After burning up a bunch of ammo, I then got smaller plates and started over again. Ultimately, I need to get good enough to hit off-hand or with shooting sticks at a 4" or smaller under pressure and time.
