Old trick--

If you wear a baseball hat take a finger from both hands and grasp the brim of the hat while looking thru the binos.

For a short time it can give you some added stability to verify what you were looking at distance with no rest for you arms--yes for a SHORT time!!

If it doesn't work for you or you don't need the technique-my apology!!
