Dakota 76 375H&H

Does anyone out there have any experience loading 300gr. loads for a Dakota 375H&H? I recently bought this rifle and it shoots the Remington Safari 300gr. Swift A Srame loads well at the adverised velocity of 2500fps. When I load Nosler 300gr. to that velocity, I experience stiff bolt opening (and one blown primer). I am using a Oehler chronograph. I have owned three other 375's and they were not this sensitive at achieving that velocity. Yes, I know two identical model rifles are individuals. I am looking for a reference point from which to start. Before God and the world, I hold no one responsible for any data they suggest. Thanks in advance for any help.
