DR Rechambering Question

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum, but have been reading posts for quite some time now. There has been discussion on the Pedersoli Kodiak Mk.IV - a lot of positives and negatives. Let's assume I have this double rifle in .45-70 and let's assume that I will rechamber it for African DG. Again I've read both positive and negative opinions on doing this. Aside from the .450 #2 NE (and the black powder round covered recently in Gun Digest), what other DG rechambering possibilities exist?
