Check Vedams Bookstore in New Delhi.
Here's a copy straight off their shelf: link.
They reproduce these old books by the million, so you can avoid the 'antiquarian' profiteers!

My copy of 'Thirteen years...' bought new just a few years ago probably looks better than any original: leatherette, gold trim, etc. Near-perfect reproduction of the wood-cuts. Marvellous!
