Just FYI--the A-Frame is a bonded bullet where as the Failsafe, at least the older ones --were more of a copper bullet with a black coating on them called lubalux- I believe--anyway, one item I know is that coating left in the barrel is very hard to get out-not saying it can't be done but it is harder than normal copper deposits..

The other is most barrel manufacturers are not real fans of this or molly coating as well. I recently purchased a new Cooper--in the instruction manual it stated--1. do not shoot molly coated bullets to break in barrel and do shoot them at all for the first 500 rounds...

The only other item or complaint I have heard, is that, like the older Barnes bullets, as the Fail Safes open up the petals can break off intead of completing the mushroom.. This will/should not be a problem with a .375 as the velocities are lower than the bigger magnum cartridges..

I can say, I have shot probably 30 animals with the Swift A-Frame and have been very happy. I shot a Eland with a 400 Gr. out of my .416--we recovered the bullet--I brought it home and weighed it--392 grains--not too bad..
