My advice would be to use premium soft-point bullets for all shots. To get the best, this means reloading, and the 300gr Woodleigh bonded-core bullet (bluff-nose or protected-point)would be my choice. If you are restricted to factory ammo, pick the 300gr Supreme ammo from your list above.

If it came down to a choice between solids and standard softs, I might be tempted to choose all solids, but the standard softs will do the job too as long as you place your shots carefully.

Plenty of posters here will tell you that a .308 is all you need to shoot scrub bulls, but I would suggest its all you need to wound them. Most wounds with a .308 will probably be fatal though, .....eventually. Not a smart choice for hunting on foot.

If you were to go for head-shots rather than shoulder-shots, ie in a cull situation rather than trophy hunting, and can shoot well, the smaller-bores can be spectacular.
