Their quality is not quite the the quality of the regular 3000 series guns. The wood is a bit inferior, and the engraving, although game scene, is not as well executed, by and large. The guns are just fine, and function like the 3000 series. They also have no cheek piece and have the slab beavertail forend. For a lefty, they are the best answer, as the stock can be oil bent to fit and has no cheek piece on the wrong side. I owned one when they were new and sold for about $1,200...a bunch of lucre back then.

They are modern drillings with good steel, thicker barrels, and in good chamberings for N. American hunters. I wouldn't turn one down, but they sell for a bit less than the regular 3000s and Weatherby variation. Hope this helps a bit.
