The short answer is no. Any .577 case around 2-inches long probably is the Snider round. There was a bit of minor variation, including a 'short Snider' cartridge.

There were a couple of 'short' .577 BP Express cartridges, in 2 1/4, 2.4, and 2 1/2 inch lengths, but none of them appears to have survived past the 'coiled-brass case' era. The 2 1/4 inch case is extremely rare. The others should probably be classed as 'experimental', as they quickly disappeared with the adoption of the 2 3/4 inch case.
