The last framed picture looks just like one I saw in the splendid book, "Elephants, ivory and hunters" by Tony Sanches-Arino?? It has some pictures of marvellous ivory. Several places in the book he states that the time of big tuskers are long gone...

Shakari: Mosambique and Tanzania still have good trophies? Do you happen to know the number of permits given each year?

They probably don't come cheap either way..
