I haven't chronographed the S&B, but I am guessing that I either need more speed or a heavier bullet.

Before I go out and have a mold with an inbetween size bullet made (235gr possibly) I wanted to see what else was out there.
Somewhere I thought I saw that at one time there was a 300gr bullet listed but I don't know if it will stabliize in the twist in my rifle.
I also don't know if a 1911 gun was around when the "hotter" versions of the round became available.

Hunting with that sidelock double must be teriffic
