Yes - if you cut the barrels back to 24", put on a nice low bead, plus a point blank sight, the appropriate distance up from the standing breech, you'd have an excellent ball gun. : All that would be necessary, would be to work up a load that put the barrels together. : Check to see if it is chambered for paper or brass cases. : Measure the bore size to obtain the proper ball size and you're away.
