THe B709A is so you can import the gun, ammo, scopes et
back into Australia.

To export you need a to go through a bit of paperwork crap
with Customs.

I would strongly suggest you go to see Customs at Customs House
in whatever city you are in and start doing all the paperwork.
(I can't remember what the form is called).

I would also take plenty of ID with you - incl Passport - and your flight
details.

Make sure you get this done WELL before you get to the airport and then
LEAVE 2 HOURS minimum as you also need to have the gun checked and
entered the day you leave and customs can be rel pains at the airport so make sure
you leave yourself 2 hours.
