Being on a restricted budget, I never got carried away on my only plainsgame hunt. I could see how it could happen.
Without unlimited funds, a lot of guys I suspect are faced with a single, very short whitetail deer season. Whooppee!
When you hit the South African plainsgame fields and there is a seemingly endless supply of antelope, such that the bag could exceed on a single day the bag of a guy's last twenty deer seasons, what the hell?
IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, mow 'em down.
