I built one...Remington action, Canjar trigger (it was b4 Jewell came on the scene) Shilen match bbl, McMillian stock...it was an OK rifle...would shoot 115gr and 117gr faster than my 257 Imp...would do 3050 fps with a 115 Nosler under some H414...

shot it out in Colorado at some dogs...shooting 75 gr Sierras at 3745fps..killed one at 485 yards...had my bud spotting for me then...tried to make a 500 yd shot but just a bit short..good cartridge, but nothing a 2506 won't do in spades...good dog gun and fun to shoot...I just like bigger stuff..
