Apologies for taking so long to get back to this but I'm away from the computer again with work and this will continue for a while.

Thanks for those details and also for the photos.
I'd really like to see a photo of the action internals if you manage to find one.
I'll most likely have a few more questions to ask as well.

Regarding the coil or vee springs, and also the bushed strikers, my question was just for interest sake.
It wouldn't really worry me whether a double was fitted with either type of spring or if it had or didn't have bushed strikers.
If I had a choice though I would select to have the strikers bushed and to have vee rather than coil springs.

Rebounding locks, intercepting sears, and stockbolt, all make for a better gun IMO if the double is going to be used a lot.
I'll cover the reasons at some point when I have a little more time back at the computer.
