Trigger pull weight
      23/06/06 01:24 AM

I'm considering to send my Merkel .470 to the gunsmith for a trigger-job.The front trigger has a good enough pull whereas the rear trigger must have a weiht close to 10pounds... Way to heavy, especially when you know whats up next..

What is the lowest trgger-pull weight that should be recommended on a heavy DR?

I'd very much like them to be close to 3-4pounds.. Too light?

I. and everyone else who has shot the rifle hits perfectly well with their first shot, and quite a bit low with the second, 10-15cm at 40yards. Is thisdue to heavy trigger compared with jerking the trigger aswell?
