Single shot Unknown markings

I have a single shot rifle in which there are markings on the stock in which i would like to know what they mean.

There are four lines three are readable

It also has 'Commonwealth of Australia' stamped on the case surrounding the action mechanism.

Any inlight in what they mean would be helpful.
