With all due respect, not knowing what big bore experience you have I recommend you get a Ruger No1 in 458 Lott. It will probably have all the recoil you "need". AND you can load it down to moderate levels for actual hunting/shooting.

Plus the bullets in .458 are very affordable, so you can shoot it a lot.
