I bought a nice shotgun from Fred Roberts in November of 2000. The transaction went smoothly and without problems. When the shotgun arrived it was better than my expectation.

The only negative comments I would make are that Fred's photography is less than stellar and it is a bit difficult to get detailed information from him because he is so busy.

Recently I tried to buy his H&H Royal .303. We just couldn't get together on the deal. By the time I had enough information to feel reasonably comfortable he traded it to somebody in Oz.

So I'll give him an "A" for honesty and integrity, a "C" on communication.
