Coes,

Just goes to show you that the Virus protection soft ware is not infallible. I got rid of Norton for the same reason and replaced it with McAffee online, never a problem since.

I had McAffee before Norton, and I had to do updates all the time and found it hard to keep up. That was when I went to Norton. Then the spy ware stuff started sneaking in as trojans and Norton wanted a new charge to update my software

This online McAffee is an annual subscription and I am alway updated. Everything runs in the back ground.
