Well according to my cook the simplest and best way is as follows:
Clean the bird and chop into pieces.
In 1 cup of yoghurt add 1/2 tsp.red chilli powder,1 green chilli,1 tsp.green coriander powder(you will probably get it in an indian store)and some green coriander.
Marianate the partridge meet in the above mixture for 2 hrs.
In a deep pan put some vegetable oil and fry the meet until it turns brown.
Thats it,try it you may like it.
As for the ammo we use no 8 cartridge with a slight heavy charge.
