Your in-line shoots sabot's and power-belts, they don't like round balls like the doubles/traditional's. The in-lines have fast, 1-24 or 1-28 twist, for high velocity projectiles. The traditional's have slower 1-48 or even 1-70 (large bore) to handle the round balls. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that you won't be sharing bullets between them. You can shoot the sabot and power-belts, but the accuracy might not be there. Post to Daryl S. he is a wealth of information on this. I'm still a newbie/wannabe BP guy. I don't think you can go wrong with the Pedersoli Kodiak 12 bore as a first double (if you don't have one yet), I'm not embarrassed at all with mine. It's not a $50000.00 gun, but dang that sucker SHOOTS and thats all that is important. If you've read my post on it, I've been working it up to DG loads, and achieved 1600fps/545grn ball, with 165 grains FFg this weekend. Composite groups are still 3" and the gun is holding up fine. This is considered a light DG load, good for lions, leopard and any plains and or NA game. For Buff I need to get it shooting above 1700fps or ~3500FPE. TKO for .72 is huge, 113 to 140, it makes one big hole.
