Yes, you could load it down more. The loads for this round have the relatively small case crammed full of fast-burning powders to achieve these velocities. So there would be no worries about pressure spikes.

Pressure spikes would be a concern if you're reducing a slow-burning powder by a great deal in an already large-for-bore case.
