Search the web and SCI Magazines for Outfitters.

Contact them by email so you get on the email lists

Specifically tell them you are after culling opportunities

And be ready able to go at short notice - cheap elephanta
and buffalo culls don't last long.

I get emails every year about end of season culls and other
hunting opportunities (ie cancelled hunts).

You just need to get your name out and about so people
know you are in the market.
