That to me is a Cray and Lobsters have the claws.

The yabbies we use to catch in the farm dam were put but if under 6", normally around 8" to 9". My brother caught one that measured 12" from nose to tip of tail. We use to let them sit in clean water and old clothes boiling copper overnight. Change the water then boil them up. Very nice.
