Being new to MS rifles and perusing old threads I came across this old thread. Kind of reinforces my hypothesis of stock bedding of the rear of the magazine box and not the small recoil/front lug. I have another 1910 coming in and will assess the bedding when it arrives and will keep you posted. Love these rifles. Iconic, running neck and neck with Mausers and Mod 70's.
