The 280 Ross brass that I had for my commercial Ross 1910 was resized brass from Buffalo Arms. I located some 0.287" bullets which worked well. I sold that rig several years ago.

The one thing about using reworked brass is that it needs to be annealed (even if the supplier claims it is annealed). I lost a large % of my 280 brass because I didn't anneal it so the remaining brass was annealed and the problem went away.
