500Nitro

I do the same thing with my rifles. All my bolt rifles are Brno ZKK's and are identical in every way. I send the ones I hunt with off to my gunsmith and have them made identical in every way, express sights, H&H barrel band flip up night sicht, barrel band swivels, Mod. 70 custom grade inletted rear sling swivel, double renforceing bolts, hand rubbed oil finish stocks, same length of pull and drop in stocks so that the open sights can be used easely, factory triggers and I leave the safetys the way they come from the factory, backwards from most American rifles. The only thing diffrent about the rifles is the caliber and weight. Other than that, when you pick one up they are exactly the same.

Outside of a collection of Browing Double Autos I have, all of my shotguns are double barrels, all older ones with more drop in the stocks, double triggers, and manual safetys. Again, except for weight and guage, they are identical in function and operation. DR's are set up the same as the shotguns, double tr4iggers and manual safetys. The one thing that is different of the double shotguns and rifles is the ejection systeem, some have ejectors and the others have extractors. Other than that they are the same.

I gusess I can be called crazy, but I like the function to be automatic, the same in every respect. To me it makes life easier and everything functions automatically and naturally in the field, sepecially if MURPHAYS LAW TAKES HOLD!
