Several years ago one was advertised used guns or similar. I was interested if it was a factory production. Apparently it was not and many advised against it as there could be problems with the magazine, bolt face/extractor, depending on what the original calibre was. As I had little knowledge of the MS and it was interstate so I could only see photos I declined.

I was scratching my head trying to remember why I did not buy it and your post Matt reminded me.
