A rifle with strong recoil must be held strongly by the pistol grip. It should not slip, otherwise you will injure your fingers, sometimes very seriously. Shooting with big bore rifles must be learned and practiced.There is a big difference between a rifle caliber 375 H&H Magnum and a rifle caliber 416 Rigby. We don't even need to talk about larger calibers at first. Some things can be learned painfully yourself, how we had to do it in times when all these rifles were no longer used as they are nowadays, or get trained by people who can handle such rifles, which is possible in our time without problems.
