I wish they would make a movie about Papa Corbett like they did the savo lions -The ghost and the darkness.No matter how hard a hunt gets i always think of him climbing those mountains after those maneters!Dont you know it would be hard to hunt them at night in a tree as he did!His writings make you feel as if you are there with him.I first heard of him thru Peter Capsticks stories in the early 80s.Enough good cant be said of him and his heroic deeds.Brave man if one ever lived!Didnt he hunt with a .275 rigby sometimes and is it the equal of a 7mm magnum?
What was his big bore Double rifles chambered in?Anyone got any pics of his rifles or tigers?Any info would be great!
