Baikal doubles are not too expensive, mostly O/U's

They are chap for what they are but you get what you pay for.
I have hard they shoot OK.

9.3 x 74R is a great cartridge.

As for Canada, killing wise it is fine but I'll leave it to those who have
shot there and know the game distances for a better answer.
