I suspect the 286gr Hornady SP Interlocks, and 286gr PPU SP bullets will be very explosive at the velocities you can drive them. I've not used the Hornady's in 9.3 but have in other calibers. VERY accurate but soft.

I use the 285 Prvi in the 9x3x62 on deer and elk and like it a lot, tho I do not expect full penetration on any angling shots on elk. I'm running it at 2400 fps in my 22" bbl Sauer 100. I killed two more elk this year and no exits.
