I would definately go for the Martini. The rimless extractors I have heard are a bit expensive and tricky to set up, but can be done. Rimmed cases are a lot more straight forward. There seem to be a lot in 22 rimfire, 22 Hornet, and 222 Rimmed in this calibre range.
