It is quite different to the 375 H&H shoulder. More like 300 H&H or 404 Jeffery.

Where it is similar to the 404 Jeffery is the body of the case is very straight sided.

In my opinion you get a 400 H&H because of the rifle you are getting or a matched pair such as 300 and 400 H&H.

For example, if I was getting a top end custom rifle on something like the H&W action I would get 400 H&H and not the 416 Remington.
