the 1950s/60s Norma load for the swedish rolling block make 579 m/sec with the 200 grains softpoint

iirc, a E 100 of 200 Kgm was than minimum for hunting elk in sweden so Norma made the ammo it reach this benchmark. this was a careful load in my eyes the maximum in the old rolling block to be safe.
