I would not think they would be.

I knew some UK gunmakers made as few as one to three per year to maybe a dozen per year.

Some make few bolt actions as well

Mostly shotguns.

I think Rigby, closed at the time, Rising Bite rifle orders at just over 30, I think I remember. A huge success. Closed off new orders as they had to also make them.

Rigby sold 150 or orders for, Big Game Rifles in the first year. Planned for 50.

Huge success by terms of quantity. Great themed marketing.

I forget the number but Heym was making a fair number of doube rifles per year. Hopefully I posted the number? I remember 80?
