Pondoro Taylor liked the Westley Richards single trigger but because all his other double guns had double triggers he got rid of the single trigger gun. His advice was to stick with one or the other not a mix where under pressure a mistake could be made. I think his advice was in relation to double guns and not where other types of actions were also used e.g. he used bolt guns too so would have been used to single triggers on those, he didn't like double set triggers.
