A rebel employee turns up at customs with bullock carts. Steal 50 Mauser pistols and almost 1000 rounds per handgun. For rebels.

Most recovered a few years later. About 50 murders or acts of banditry withnthe handguns. British responded with widespread controls on the population.

Now if I was an Indian writer I'll repeat that ten times.
