Likely you will need a friendly custom machine shop to make them.

For my bore rifles I just get moulds that cast at or +.002" or +.003" of groove diameter. No need for any sizing, just shoot as cast.

For round balls the Tanner ball moulds https://www.ballmoulds.com/ are your friend, for conicals I like Accurate Moulds out of Utah.
