My thoughts exactly earlier as well. The .300 H & H Magnum for me too.

I'd have a semi matched pair of a .300 and a .375.

As lovely as this rifle is, it is too pretty for me. I'd need a proper user rifle(s). Nice wood but not spectacular. Functionally made. But nicely done. I couldn't carry such a beautiful rifle up scree mountain slopes for tahr, chamois or goat. Or into damp muddy mosquito swamps for sitatunga or lechwe
