I am interested in buying a non shrunk wider sleeping bag.

And a new sleeping mat, mattress.

For international travel use. Or back packing hunting. Swags are obviously too bulky.

No idea what is the best stuff these days in a sleeping bag. Down filing or synthetic? Or? What sort of construction?

For the mattress always thought airvfilled cold? But some seem insulated now?

I have no idea? Need help?
