LOL - yeah - it was me. Sorry!
I put a piece of it, about the size of a split pea on the anvil of my 5" bench vice and smacked it with a hammer. The hammer flew up over my shoulder, still in my hand. They made really hot caps.

My information on the formula, came from the book "The Pictoral History of the Underhammer Gun" by Logan distributed by Castle Books.
