There are five Patterns of the Model M Mauser Sporter, the four you have listed plus a Pattern 276, refer web site below.

https://auctions.morphyauctions.com/lot-446978.aspx

The book by Ludwig Olson, Mauser Bolt Rifles, Third Edition, lists all the Patterns for the various models of Sporter Mausers, with Type M as follows;

Carbines, Type M*

19.69" round barrel, stocked to muzzle, steel fore-end cap, flat bolt handle, steel-capped pistol grip, steel buttplate with trap. Calibers 6.5x54, 7x57, 8x51, 8x60, and 9x57.

*Many Type B rifles and Type M carbines were made in caliber .30-'06 for the American market.

Pattern No. 270
Double set trigger, standard and two-leaf rear sight.

Pattern No. 271
Same as No. 270, but with telescopic sight.

Pattern No. 272
Same as No. 270, but with military-type single trigger.

Pattern No. 274
Military-type single trigger, tangent rear sight.

Pattern No. 276
Same as No. 274 but with double set trigger.

Hope this is helpful. Ludwig Olsons book is a good reference for anyone interested in the Mauser rifle both military and sporter versions.
