The Valmet 412 has two ways to adjust point of impact. There are 2 screws on the barrel band loosen one and tighten the other and the horizontal plane moves the point of impact. There is a wedge that slides forward and back that moves the vertical point of impact. My Valmet 9.3x74R will literally shoot to the same place at 100yards.

Krieghoff has a sliding wedge between the barrel and only adjusts the horizontal plane of impact and only up to 375 H&H. My 7x65R barrels were crossing with Norma ammo. A 1/4 turn counter clockwise (you could see the barrels separating and they no longer cross. They now shoot better but I'm still working on improving what I've got.

I don't know anything about the Blaser but I've seen it and handled it. It seems like the valmet. Loosen one and tighten the other and the barrels move the point of impact.

Remember little adjustments at a time.
