The Aussie story said it blatantly, that full cream white milk is good for the heart. Couldn't find a link online so used that one.

Good news for me. I drink full cream milk Cafe lattes, hot choclates, plus lots of mature cheese, some most meals.

The anti meat and animal products "nutritionists" will no doubt scream.

As I said on fb

"Inject your heart with white goodness".

Ha ha, playing with the words and the BLM bs that "white milk is racist".

Beautiful PURE WHITE milk!
